Today it was the last day of the Tour of Germany and just like in the Tour de France it became a sprint duel. Early in the race there was an escape with Nierman, Lloyd, Totschnig and Drancourt but they couldn't stay away so it became a sprint and Ciolek wins once again, his third consecutive victory in a sprint. It wasn't a great day for Euskaltel because in the sprint Fernandez got the 13th spot and Galdos the 20th.In the general rank Jens Voigt won, just like last year, before Levi Leipheimer. The first Euskaltel rider was Dionisio Galparsoro on a 46th place, quite bad actually.
