Basque rider Juan Manuel Garate said in an interview that he got an offer from Euskaltel this season. Garate turned them down because he didn't agree with Madariaga and thought they weren't interested enough. Ok, I don't think it's smart from Euskaltel that they did a bid on him for less money than quickstep and for only one yea, but he could do something for his home country imo. Euskaltel not good for Garate ?

Well, they better spend their money on a better contract for Sanchez. They have a lack of money. Zubeldia earns not near as much as the other GC - riders in Le Tour. Its not that they don't want, they simply aren't able to...
yeah I think so too ! Samuel is the money so much more worth than Garate, he almost didn't do anything last year
